What Causes Numb Spot On Top Of Head?

Question: I have a numb spot on the top of my head, no other symptoms. I keep touching it cause it bothers me and i accidentally keep pulling mu hair out in this one spot. I feel like the little numb spot is also expanding. Its strange. Is there anything i can do to make the feeling come back in this spot?

Its just a bald numb spot and it feels like a little dent. Thats it. No other symptoms. Its been there for years. I starting pulling hair out in this spot for about 10 years but now this little spot is very numb. When i said "expanding" i meant that the area around the numb spot is starting to feel a little bit numb. Its about a half inch circle

Hi,I reviewed your updates and the original query.

You seem to have this spot for 10 years indicating chronic lesion causing this numbness for last 10 yrs.
Do you have any similar numb spots anywhere on the other sites of the body?
Which is prevalence of Leprosy in your locality /region?

In this context,I would suggest you to Consult Dermatologist,
-Get Skin Biopsy for Histo-pathological study for Leprosy to
confirm the Leprotic cause of the scalp numb spot

Start treatment under guidance of Dermatologist if HPR of the Biopsy of the numb spot on the top of the Head confirms Leprosy at the spot.

Treatment Suggested to reduce the Numb Spot on top of head-

Inj-Neurobion-B1/B6/B12 for reducing nerve damage.
MDT (Multi-drug Treatment)treatment under guidance of Dermatologist.
