What Causes Nausea, Fatigue, Shoulder Pain And Headache?
Question: Female 46, 235lbs. Symtoms: nausea, exteme fatigue, right neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain at right hip,prurigo nodularis,throat tightness on swallowing, lower right front pelvic pain, headaches, feeling of pressure on lungs

Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.. The naseau , extreme fatigue and difficulty swallowing could be due to thyroid dysfunction or mass. This is diagnosed by a thyroid hormonal profile test including T3, T4 and TSH together with a ct scan on neck. ct scan on neck will also help either exclude or confirm the presence of cervical disc prolapse which might be the cause of neck and shoulder pain.
Another possible cause of neck, shoulder and hip pain is osteoarthritis which can affect multiple joints of the body. This should be diagnosed with X-ray of the affected joints together with bone density scans.
Lower right pelvic pain could be due to a urinary tract infection which is diagnosed by a urine analysis or an ovarian cyst which is diagnosed with an ultrasound pelvis.. ultrasound pelvis will also help exclude pain due to inflammatory condition of the colon.
large clots during menstrual cycle could be due to iron difficiency anemia , this is diagnose by a CBC test and is treated with iron supplements .I hope you find this helpful .
