Brief Answer:
Various causes need to be ruled out...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

Nausea and vertigo could be due to various reasons, which requires a thorough evaluation.

The most common causes are:
1. Electrolyte imbalance
2. Migarine
3. Ménière's disease
4. Reduced blood pressure or sugar levels in the body
5. Thyroid related issues
6. Anaemia, etc.

You will require a complete ENT and neurological examination along with blood investigations. Itching in the nose is not related to the above problem.

Consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. I'll be available for the follow up queries.
