What Causes Nasal Congestion, Sinus Pressure And Fatigue After Sinus Surgery?

Question: Hi, I had sinus surgery 18 days ago (3 dif procedures) and am still feeling really awful. Very congested, sinus pressure, fatigue, but mostly alot of nausea! Km wondering if this is from post nasal drip? I've had one debridement, 9 days ago and go in for 2nd debridement day after tomorrow. Do u thing this will get better?
