What Causes Nasal Congestion After A Septoplasty?
Question: 5 days ago i made septum deviation operation
beside that breathing from my nose is zero
and i also have little bit swollen in nose area
i want to know when i can breeze again ?
and what is concern me that inside my nose is full of weird substance attached a picture
it is infection ?
the septum is clean just its on the area in the nose from inside and there where it appear in the picture
how to treat it and its dangerous specially i have an open wound where they cut the septum

Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
There are secretions and debris formed after surgery that can block the nasal passage. From the pictures I can just see the incision site that appeaappears to be healthy. You should apply antibiotic ointment on the wound.
The secretions have to be cleaned by douching or suctioning.
You should wait for a week at least and if still you feel blockage, you should visit for examination.
Put xylometazoline nasal drops for few days.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.

Yes the yellow area in the nostril is due to cautery being touched there. It happens very frequently. Just apply the ointment I prescribed earlier. It will be fine.
