Brief Answer:
No worries. Side effect of kefir . Imodium did the job
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Kefir some times does that like any other dairy product. No worries one pill of imodium too care of the loose bowel motions. There is no blood, no constipation, no abdominal pain so all is well. Nothing to worry about.
Just modify diet and lifestyle, prefer fibrous foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid spices, stimulants, alcohol, soda, beer, coffee etc . Eat small frequent meals. These measures will help your bowel movements.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

How long should this last? It has already been a month?
Brief Answer:
Wait and see for a week more , modify diet and lifestyle
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
When such symptoms last more than a week or 3 weeks then we suspect irritable bowel syndrome. Treatment is more or less the same with diet and lifestyle adjustments as mentioned above. Adapt above mentioned dietary recommendations and if the symptoms persist then get evaluated for the loose motion and bowel habits .
I hope it helps.
