Brief Answer:
Osteoporosis seems to be cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query carefully and understand your concern. The suffering seems to be because of severe bone weakness ( Osteoporosis) along with deficiency of vitamin D and night cramps.
To help you please tell me -
1.Do you have chronic disease like thyroid/diabetic?
2.Do you smoke or take alcohol?
The osteoporosis is diagnosed by BMD scan. For osteoporosis treatment we have-
1.Nasal spray of drug calcitonin.
2.Once ahead injection of Zoledronic acid.
3.Injection teriparatide.
You may discuss about these option with your doctor. Beside this you should have balanced diet in form of vitamin D (1000 I.u./day),calcium 1000mg/day.For night cramps 8-10 times stretching of calf muscle before going to bed beside quinine water and drug baclofen helps.
Hope this suffices.I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
