Brief Answer:
You will get better soon.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and would like to reassure you that you would get better soon.

It is possible that you have body pains and myalgia (muscle aches) as a side effect of Crestor (a statin). The symptoms would improve on stopping the drug.

You can do a blood test such as serum CPK to assess the extent of muscle injury, if any, due to the medication.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
You are not at risk.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

If CPK is high, you would require a bit longer to get better.

If symptoms are troublesome, you may take a small dose of pregabalin capsule to get relief.

Please get back if you have more queries.

Answered by Dr. Sudhir Kumar (19 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Burns suggest some damage to nerves

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Burns suggest partial or minor damage to nerves. However, as I said, it would improve soon in a few more days.

Nerve conduction studies would confirm the amount of nerve damage.
