Brief Answer:
If it is a one time thing, then no cause for concern ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If the mucus in stool was a one time occurrence, then this is fine and should not be a cause for concern. But if you notice it recurring, especially with other changes in your bowel movements like:

+Smaller pieces of stool, as compared to larger normal ones
+Increased urge to pass your bowels
+Abdominal cramps or pains
+Abdominal bloating

Then please write back to me or report to a gastroenterologist, but if this was a one time thing, then there should be nothing to worry about at all ma'am :)

I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
