What Causes Missing Periods Inspite Of No Intercourse?

Question: Recently my fiancee and I had pleasure time and earlier today she told me that she missed her period and this never happened before. We didn't had sex. My penis didn't enter her vagina it merely touched on the outside. I didn't even cum but she did. We did this on 23rd feb. I did gave her some orgasm like usual licking and fingering. Now she's having stomach pain since 4days. We're worried if it's pregnancy. What is it?

The stomach pain is because of impending period or due to infection. In my opinion just go for home urine pregnancy test by kit. If result is negative wait and watch her period, If period come then it's ok. If period did not occur go and get consulted with gynaecologist and ultrasonography done to rule out the cause of delay period and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding. If her test result is positive get her ultrasonography test done to see the exact week of pregnancy. some other doctor here told me that even a very good nano slight amount of semen can get one pregnant no matter the penis touches outside the vagina or contracts inside. is it true?
