Brief Answer:
As detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The change in color alone is not the symptom or sign of a cancer.
Please palpate the glans lightly. Do you feel any lump?
If not, there is then nothing to worry at the moment.
You may also get examined, you already have consulted the Urologist who has declared this to be normal as per your history in old query.
Clean the area with plenty of water 3-4 times a day, see the changes.
Discomfort is a subjective thing.
I hope by this time you might have urine tested again and your wife must have seen a Gynecologist.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
You may please stop ointment.

Detailed Answer:
I do not think this ointment is needed now.
As advised before, clean the area with plain water frequently, keep it dry and apply only Liquid Povidone iodine- Betadine. The ointment contains steroids and is applied only if there is itching or allergy.
You would have used purely anti-fungal cream that too only if the fungus is present.
Internet is full of information, and the more you take the reference with half knowledge, it will just frighten you more and more.
Is there any palpable lump? If not present than why to worry at the moment.

Brief Answer:
Non of hte penile cancer presented like this.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your appreciation.
I have seen many penile cancer patients and none have presented the way you have, hence said not to worry about.
Fear will only increase blood pressure and other related problems of stress and anxiety. Since the cancer is not present at the moment why to fear about it.

Not at the moment, so stop worrying.
Keep under observation, get examined by the Urologist again as and when needed to make sure that there is nothing to worry about.

First of all stop worrying.
There is no lump, no ulceration at the moment and mere change in color is not an indication of any cancer.
Please post clear and focused pictures for me to see properly. Wait for sometime before you snap a shot for the camera to adjust the glans.

doctor
Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (6 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clear picture.
Healing good.
Keep the area clean and dry.
This is the area where the healing characters of the body are a bit different.
Light burning sensations may be due to healing process going on.
Do not worry at the moment.
Get a clinical examination/palpation done by Urologist when he must have asked you for a follow-up and also discuss if there are any other modalities like high resolution ultrasonography or MRI of the affected part to help ''rule-out'' cancer for which you are fearing - get these done only if your Urologist says a-go-ahead for ''caner-phobia''.
I hope your wife has been seen by a Gynecologist and bot of you being treated simultaneously.

doctor
Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
There has to be an evidence.
Cancer is increase in the number of group of particular cell type, which in turn can be seen as a lump.
Just whitening can not be a precursor of cancer unless proved by biopsy that the histopathology shows particular changes. This is always a biopsy based decision in suspected cases.

I still i have the priblem and mild irritation is there and if i apply the candex bg oinment i feel better and can inspply it. Still my mind fears will it b a cancer. As its a steriod oinment can it b applied i want to know .
doctor
Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
The feeling of irritation in part can be psychological as you are fearing cancer and such things that preoccupy the mind so much.
Any ointment that contains steroid CAN thin the skin that is not reversible.
You can take Multivitamins as anti-oxidants that help healing nicely.
You may ask for medicines like Cetirizine that may help to control irritation, to be taken once a day.
Is there any dryness that you can feel or see on the glans.
Please post clear and focused photo of today.
You may delete some of out-of-focus photos posted in past.

Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Take a second opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and additional questions and fresh photo.
You had the best chance to ask the Urologist who has actually examined you.
Anyways, it needs an actual examination which I can not do on net, I can only see the pictures.
The fresh one shows some different white spot.
Have you applied something else?
The fresh one shows some spots which were not present in the previous photos.
Well, you may please take a second opinion of another Urologist or Onco-Surgeon to get your doubts clarified. Even an opinion of a Dermatologist will do.
Actual examination and further investigations to be done if the Specialist who actually examine you suggest so.
Medical field depends upon fact finding.
Please take a second opinion and let me know what other Specialist think about your condition.

Awaiting for your feedback after you take a second opinion.

Brief Answer:
said very apt. Good that you consulted an Urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback, meeting an Urologist, his examination and apt suggestions.
I am also relieved.
I can understand the phobia factor. It is possible that you have read and seen too much on internet sites or have someone known has cancer.
Stop internet search altogether and concentrate on your work.

Wishing you all the best.
