Welcome to healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query and Would like to reply in detail as follows:
Since when are you having these symptoms?

1. According to history mostly you are suffering form urinary tract infection or other possibility is kidney or ureter stones.

2. Please give your urine for culture and sensitivity test.

3. You can take the antibiotics as per the report.

4. Meanwgile drink lot of water and keep well hydrated to reduce pain.

5. Please get an ultrasound scan done to rule out renal stone as a cause for UTI as you have blood in urine. Ultrasound can diagnose renal stones.
