Brief Answer:
get him clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your son might be having infection of the urinary tract ( UTI ). I would suggest that he should be clinically examined and investigated by his doctor.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
3. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
4. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ).
He can be given paracetamol for relief from his symptoms. He should drink lots of clean water. Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by his doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
