About 8 weeks or so, i noticed it because i felt a ulcer feeling on my touge, 12 weeks ago i had a hernia opperation, i dont take any other medication, i dont smoke cigarettes but i do vape on the electronic ones, i do remember my tounge while vaping on it like 9 weeks ago, theres no other symptons my doctor came behind me and felt my neck.. Said its all fine.
Also the patch on my lip whitch is not as white, more purple ish, is in direct line with the patch on my tounge..
The only symptoms why i think its cancer is cause it burns, when i eat spicy food its burns for ages:
The white patch looks like lukoplakia whitch is a pre cancer, my dentist said its lichen planus. Dont have any chewing habbits, that i know of

Brief Answer:
Biopsy advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for reply.

After going through the details I would suggest you to visit an oral pathologist and get a biopsy done. This will clearly explain the nature of the lesion.Mere clinical features cannot be taken for diagnostic purpose. Therefore please go for biopsy.

Meanwhile you can minimize spice intake.Take plenty of fluids and nutritious diet.Do not worry about the symptoms just keep a close watch for any changes.
Let me know for further doubts.
Thanks.
Take care.
