Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Sounds like the Urinalysis has shows that you have a Urinary tract infection. The symptoms also match. The lumps in the neck are nothing to worry about. They are most likely lymph-nodes . When a person has a fever, the muscles tense up in a state of contraction to help raise the body temperature. The unfortunate side effect of that though is muscle aches and pains though. Try taking an over the counter fever medication like Dolo or Brufen. You should be fine.

Lastly the low BP makes me think you are dehydrated. Its a common problem when people have a fever, its because you lose alot more fluid from your body with a fever. Make sure you are drinking plenty of plain water to make up for the losses.

Finish the course of antibiotics. You should feel better. If the symptoms persist beyond the course of the antibiotics, you will need to get a urine culture done and see what bacteria is growing and which antibiotic will work for it.

Hope this helps.
