Brief Answer:
tooth infection, peritonsillar abscess, addenoma

Detailed Answer:
thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the pain in the lower jaw and the lumps on the soft palate are separate lesions. lump could be because of the tooth infection leading to abscess formation or it could be secondary to peritonsillar abscess or it can be benign salivary gland tumor like adenoma. the pain in the lower jaw and in front of the ear could be because of the disc displacement in the temporomandibular joint.

if i am your treating doctor i would have suggested you to take radiographs like OPG and TMJ views to rule out any tooth infection or any defect in the jaw joint.
i would have prescribed a course of antibiotics like penicillin and metronidazole and analgesics like diclofenac(if you are not allergic).
i would have advised CT and MRI of the palate to rule out any tumorous lesion and you can go for FNAC.
consult a oral physician and get yourself completely examined and go for the investigations. if it confirms as tumor it needs surgical intervention.
i hope my answer will help you. take care. if any queries are there reply me back.
