Brief Answer:
Get Ultrasound done and biopsy or surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX. It seems you could be having a chronic injection abscess or antibioma due to the injections. I suggest you get an Ultrasound done to see what is inside and then you can go ahead with surgical removal of the lump. If you are not willing for a surgery then you should atleast get a biopsy done of the lump to know exactly what is inside.

So please don't delay and start the treatment. Ask for any clarifications you might be having and if not, you can rate the answer.

Take care.
