Brief Answer:
Could be implant loosening or infection. Needs Xray and other investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

When did you get the surgery done?

Any trauma just before the symptoms started?

Usually infection, loosening if the implants like the plate or rod are possible causes of the pain.

Avoid weight lifting or bending. Do get an Xray done and upload for my review.

You can continue taking the Acetaminophen.

Do wear a Lumbosacral spine belt or frame for now to provide stability.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
