Hi Doc,
I dont have other mentioned symptoms like fever,vomiting and all.. All I have a slight pain on the right side of the abdominal area.but when i touched that part like press it I can feel the pain(but not severe) the same is not there in the Left side.
I am having dry cough from past two weeks and under medication now.. Is it because of the cough??
Please clarify this.

If cough is severe then that might be the reason.

Hi
If cough is severe then definitely because of excess strain you may have slight pain.
But when you are having slight pain it may be a simple muscle spasm, you can try some pain killer you can consider tab meftal spas or buscopan, try this medication still there is persisting pain then we can think of an ultrasound abdomen.

I will try some painkillers, most people of the peoples are saying that if it is a appendities issue then I will have very severe pain on the stomach. is it right? could you please let me know what are all the symptoms for the appendities ?

Symptoms are like pain abdomen and there will be tenderness,vomiting ,fever,generalized weakness etc. When you will be experiencing the pain of appendicities it will be a bit severe and on blood test there will be leucocytosis because of infection .
