Brief Answer:
Need to observe.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

You will need to give an entire history like when the pain started, what is the character of the pain , what are the relieving and aggravating factors so that I can understand whats going on.

90% of the times low back pain is mechanical so I dont think there is anything to worry , it can also be related to your occupation when you have prolonged sitting or standing . I would advise you to take an antiinflammatory like naproxen 500 mg twice daily for 3-5 days and see the response .

Rest revert with full history and I will guide you accordingly.

Take care.

Dr. Shruti
