Question: Hi i am 21 years old And i am masturbating daily 2 or 3 times from lawt 7 years . I have been going through many problems like lower back pain , hair loss , loss of stamina , premature evacuation . I am always getting panic whenever i think i have completely exhausted my penis and will not get a chance to become a father . I did sex with my girlfriend without any precautions but she didn't got pregnant. If i am infertile , Is there any treatment for this ? I am happy to spend whatever it will costs me .
I will really appreciate if you will reply me as soon as possible.

Masturbation does not cause infertility, other symptoms that you have mentioned are also not related to it.
Premature ejaculation occurs in most of the men in there life time, it usually gets corrected on its own. One of the reason is stress, I would suggest you not to panic, you are fine.

I would suggest you to go for semen analysis, based on the report one can take the next best line of management. Presently I would not suggest you any drug.

If your girl friend is not pregnant, it does not mean you are infertile, intercourse might have been performed during safe period, when chances of pregnancy will be less.
