Brief Answer:
Different diagnostic to be done to find cause

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

if someone with your symptoms comes to my office i would suggest different diagnostic steps to find out where the pain comes from, after clinical examination i would do the following:

1. Ultrasound of lower abdomen and urine bladder and kindneys to rule out any condition of urinary organs
2. Blood work for inflammation to see if this could be going in the direction of chronic inflammation
3. If above steps do not bring any conclusion, further diagnostics may be discussed, like mri of lower abdomen and colonoskopy.
4. Xray of lower spine to rule out back issue

Please discuss these suggestions with your local doc,

Best regards

There is no change in urination. There is no back pain. The pain is below the stomach above the groin area.
