Brief Answer:
Iron Deficiency anemia and Low Vitamin D

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the report in detail and here are my inferences
1. You have iron deficiency anemia, which means that you low hemoglobin due to low iron stores
2. Low Vit D, which is very common in our country

Here what you should do

1. Take Tab Orofer XT twice daily for a month and then repeat your hemoglobin. Make sure that your diet is rich in iron. Green leafy vegetables and liver are good source for Iron
2. Vit D defeciency is corrected by taking D-Rise XXXXXXX once every week for 6 weeks. Repeat Vit D levels after 6 weeks. Make sure you are exposed to evening or morning sun for atleast 30 min a day. Avoid applying sun screen on the hands.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me.

I would like to add here that these medications should not be considered as my prescription to you, you can approach a physician with my suggestions for a prescription.

Regards
