Brief Answer:
Urinary infection most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, your symptoms are very suggestive of urinary infection.
You should get the following tests done:
1. urine culture.
2. blood sugar and creatinine.
3.ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.

After getting these reports, treatment will help relieve your symptoms completely.
In the meantime, you can start a Ciprofloxacin, with a bladder relaxant, twice daily.
Drink 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
Wishing you a speedy relief.

Brief Answer:
scan is also essential.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Diabetes must show a normal blood sugar, not urine test alone.
Ideally , it would be better, if you got examined by an Urologist.
You can send the scan and urine culture test report, for an expert opinion.,
Wish you well.
