Hi
Thanks for the query. The causes for reduced sex desire can be hypogonadism , stress, diabetes or interpersonal issues. Please get a morning total testosterone, SHBG , Serum Albumin, Blood glucose and TSH level done from a good laboratory . Please send the reports and I shall guide you further No,this is not normal in any age group You have to judge whether premature ejaculation or reduced desire was the first problem to appear? because it can have different treatment plans

I have uploaded the reports. Premature ejaculation and Reduced sex desire is first problem. I used to examine blood sugar for fasting & PP at every 4 months interval from my 42 years age. Every time it remained 126-135 (PP) and highest 98 (fasting). For the first time it has crossed the borderline. I am taking Betaloc-.25mg twice daily (1-0-1) and Stamlo-D - 1 tab after breakfast from January'2014. I had to take Amladoc -25mg - 50 mg from 2001 to 2008. After that doctor changed the medicine and advised Eslo-2.5 mg. On 24/01/2014 again it changed to Betaloc & Stamlo-D. We are in anxiety for my daughter,18 years, who is suffering from Borderline personality disorder. I am not taking any other medicine. Past History:- 1) Feb'2000- Disectomy and Lamanectomy for L4/L5 disc prolapse.
2) June'200- Ozone therapy for L5/S1.

Brief Answer:
Try the medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome back to HCM

Your reports suggest that you have hypogonadism ie reduced testosterone level which may be possible for reduced desire.

Please start on capsule Testosterone Undecanoate 40 mg twice daily with meals. Recheck the levels after 2 months.

In order to start on this medicine, you must get your PSA level both total and free . These should be repeated after 3 months.

Adopt a healthy life style as well .
