Brief Answer:
if no symptoms at all, then it is ok

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The blood pressure reading is okay if she does not have any symptoms. Low blood pressure is generally considered to be 90/60.

There are some persons who may have blood pressures in this range or below and do not have any symptoms because these readings are normal for them.

If she does not have any symptoms of low blood pressure at these readings then she can continue her medication at the present doses.
If she has any symptoms at all, they need to be altered.

Symptoms include: dizziness, light headed sensation, shortness of breath, palpitations, clammy, chest pain, weakness, fainting .

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
