Brief Answer:
Suggestive of Facial palsy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Good evening!

Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the facial weakness.

After having gone through your problems in the query, I am of the opinion that you have the features suggestive of Lower Motor Neuron Facial Palsy (Bell's palsy).

It is due to inflammatory swelling of the facial nerve (due to viral infection) within the bony canal causing pressure on the nerve fibers resulting in a temporary loss of function of facial nerve.
It is usually one sided and not associated with the stroke.

In addition to the symptoms described in your case, other features include
difficulty tolerating sounds which may be unbearable and painful.
There may also be altered taste sensation.

You need to consult a doctor for proper assessment and treatment which may involve use of short term treatment with Steroid (Predinosolone) and Antiviral drug Acyclovir.

Hope the explanation and suggestion given above would be beneficial to you in getting the successful treatment and total recovery.

Best regards.
