Brief Answer:
Orthopedician.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think you are likely to be having vitamin D3 and /or vitamin B12 deficiency .So multivitamins and mineral supplements are useful. if vitamin D3 found low you can take supplements of vitamin D3. If vitamin B12 is low you are likely to be benefited by mecobalamin. You may need analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Other causes to be looked for is diabetis ( by blood sugar levels) and thyroid disease ( T3,T4 and TSH) . So I think you should consult a Orthopedician. If needed he may refer you to physician.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
