Brief Answer:
Please get an ultrasound scan done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
As such, light bleeding can indicate both a tubal pregnancy or a miscarriage, though tubal pregnancy is rare, and would have other symptoms such as pain, tenderness, fainting etc.
At times, light bleeding can happen as a part of a normal pregnancy, but the fetal well being needs to be assessed.
Please consult an obstetrician immediately and get an ultrasound scan done.
This should be done transvaginally - at 8 weeks, a baby with the heartbeat should be seen without any ominous features of a miscarriage.
Till then, avoid sex, avoid stress , travelling long distances, jerks etc.
Take plenty of rest.
All the best
