What Causes Light Blackish Skin Inside The Urethra?

Question: I have checked my panis (urethra) inside after urine. Inside skin is looking light blackish

Thanks for your query , based on the facts and photographs that you ave upladed that you have posted it appears that you have developed a small sub mucus hematoma in terminal part of urethra .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have rough sex very recently before you noticed his black spot ?
2) Did you have oral sex ?
3) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning urination ,urethral discharge etc?

Start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime 200 mg along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured completely.

I am married and away from wife since January 2016 due to out of Country.
I do not have any sex with any other. Sometimes masturbation,
no burning during urination, urine color is mostly white and sometimes dark yellow.

I am in Canada and do not have free medical facility until now here, I can not purchase medicine without doctor prescription, can you send me the prescribed medicine on a piece of paper (letter head),
