Brief Answer:
Bartholin cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You have what sounds like a "bartholin gland cyst".
The Bartholin's glands are located on each side of the vaginal opening and they function is to secrete fluids for the lubrication of the vagina. They are very small and nonpalpable.
For different causes, the duct of the Bartholin gland can get obstructed and the mucus accumulates there forming a cyst.
Usually the symptoms include irritation ,pain during walking or during intercourse.
If you don't have any symptom ,it may not require any treatment.Sitz baths can help with minor irritation.
Symptomatic cyst ,require surgery to remove the cyst.
The major complication of the cyst is infection that can cause an abscess. This would require antibiotics and surgery.

I would suggest to consult your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.
