Question: Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant USG s/o foetal pole but no cardiac activity , my doc has advised me to get a repeat after 5 days. I'm on susten 200 orally , had a miscarriage last year was on duphoston. What is better where is this going I'm very worried

Absence of cardiac activity at 7 weeks is suggestive of a missed abortion. Fetus is less likely to grow now. in case there is no cardiac activity on repeat scan then an abortion may be needed. Such early trimester abortions are usually due to chromosomal anomalies.
