Question: my 2 knees are swollen on the inside of my legs i am also overweight but my legs are like this before i had weight on

i have no pain no medication is being taken i can sit crossleged and squat its more like fluid retention to me

Hello,
I have studied your case and this condition is called as knee effusion. In this condition patient has knee swelling. I would recommend you to meet a orthopedic surgeon and ger it examined. He may advised you to get a ultrasound test of the knee joint.
If there is fluid collection, then a needle aspiration of this fluid can be done, and send it for testing. This will help us in identifying cause of this so that we can prevent recurrence.
