Question: I drank 36 ounces of red bull yesterday and woke up with my kidneys hurting what should I do?XXXX

Drink plenty of fluids.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
See usually red bull as such doesn't cause k Kidney pain. However since it has diuretic effect so can cause dehydration due to excessive urination.
It's also possible that you might have developed acid reflux and that might be causing the pain Abdomen.
I would recommend in such case to drink plenty of water and preferably Oral Rehydration solution to maintain electrolytes.
You can take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone for acid reflux.
If problem persists see your doctor who would get your Ultrasound Abdomen to detect Kidney stones.
