Brief Answer:
Generalized body pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Healthcaremagic forum.

I have gone through your query. The symptoms you mentioned can be due to any infectious process in body like urinary infection. It also can be due rheumatological conditions.Anemia also gives same symptoms.

A proper diagnostic work up is necessary.Do you have any yellowish discoloration of white part of eye or body associated with itching? If yes,in such case you should rule out a hepatitis by checking bilirubin levels in blood and liver enzymes.

A complete blood count, ESR and urine routine should be done.In case of rheumatological conditions ESR can be elevated.Anemia, urinary infections can be ruled out from the routine test itself.

It is better to have a physical examination with a general practitioner initially which may give clue for that.Hope this may help you.Let me know if you have any follow up.
I am happy to help you.Thanks.
