Answered by Dr. Kathy Robinson (25 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
antihistamine and avoid that soap

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question
There was something in that soap that you were allergic to. You can take an antihistamine to help decrease the itching and swelling. Common antihistamines are diphenhydramine (benadryl) and loratadine (claritin). Cool compresses may also help with the swelling (washcloth soaked in cold water). If you do this, do not use ice or ice water, just cool water from the tap. Next use a non-scented lotion on the affected skin to keep it from drying out as that will increase the itching. If you see pus or other signs of infection, or if you develop severe pain in your penis then see a doctor immediately at emergency.
This should clear up in a few days.

As of right now my penis is red and has nasty looking bumps that are squeezable and it burns
I masturbated last night with antibiotic hand soap and forgot to wipe it off and now all this
I'm really scared
Is there anything I can do to help heal quick

Brief Answer:
steroids would help more quickly

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
I understand that your are afraid but it really will be okay. The only thing that I can think of that may work more quickly than the above recommendations is to see a doctor and perhaps they could prescribe a course of steroids for you. I know it is frightening but it is really just an allergic reaction and you will be recovered in a few days. If it is really intolerable then go to Emergency and see if they can give you steroids for quicker relief.

Brief Answer:
This really sounds like allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello and I am sorry that you are so afraid. I really think this is a reaction to the soap that you used. This does not sound like any type of AIDS or other sexually transmitted disease. Your penis was fine before you used the soap was it not? Really this will clear itself up in a few days. Please use the suggestions I gave you above and know that you will be okay, you just had an allergic reaction to the soap.
If you can not get calmed down about it then see a doctor right away
Regards
Dr. Robinson

Brief Answer:
avoid steroid creams

Detailed Answer:
Yes, you can use Eucerine cream or A&D ointment. They would be soothing and not irritating. Do not use steroid creams they are not good to be used on the penis.
