What Causes Itchy Rashes On Body?
Question: Hello, I am starting to get these dry itchy rashes on my elbow, lower abdomen and knees. I'm not sure whats causing it and it seems to get worst if I apply any type of lotion to the area. Right now I use Aloe Vera to calm it down. I think I might be allergic to Cats.
