Brief Answer:
Fungal or bacterial infection should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I have reviewed attached image. In this context, fungal infection should be ruled out through vaginal swab test. Other possibility is folliculitis with blocked sweat gland, bacterial infection, irritation from sweating or chemical bath products.

I suggest you to take Oral Fluconazole tab once daily for 3 days and apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream locally. You can visit to dermatologist for prescription.

Do the following things to keep better genital hygiene:

1) Wear only clean & cotton underwear. Don't wear any tight fitting cloths or pants to avoid repeated friction/ irritation. Remove underwear at bedtime.

2) Avoid using any type of chemical cosmetics or detergent powder/ soap or condoms/ tampons. Do proper shaving & clean genital area with plain water.

3) Do not touch/ wipe out genital area too much. Also avoid inserting objects or douching inside vagina. Use V-wash or RepHresh gel.

4) Take healthy diet with anti oxidant (like Vit-E/ C, selenium, zinc, lycopene etc) supplements. It will boost up your natural immunity.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
