Question: My eyes and the area between my eyebrows are swollen. Eyes are also itchy. I am on Alphagan and Latanoprost.

This appears to be a kind of allergy.This could be due to some external factors or due to drops being used.I would have been happy to look at a photograph. Still, oral anti allergy tablets like cetrazine will be welcome along with anti allergy eye drops should help you.
This medication for glaucoma which you are using has to be continued.
