Brief Answer:
There are a few things you can consider and do

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

I am sorry for the problems you are facing here I will first touch upon the possible causes of the problem and then I will suggest you some ways to deal with it.

Here are possible causes:
1) Allergy:
Most probable cause is allergy , it is not necessary that allergy will only be caused by clothes or it will leave a rash , it is quite possible that you might have started a new med any things which is giving you that allergy.

Just do a simple thing for that, get an over the counter anti-histamin like Citerizine 10mg or allegra-D and take 1 tablet daily at night and see if this helps you. If this helps then try to find the cause of allergy it might be medicine food or any clothes even a new soap perfume or body wash brand which might be doing so.

Do you remember using any new med recently ?any new food like dry fruits or anything you eat regularly ? any new bed sheet a new carpet, a new brand of perfume body spray soap body wash or any thing like that.

Find the allergy causing suspect plus use anti allergic you will feel all fine hopefully.

2) Increased biliruben:
Jaundice causes itching too but as you didn't mention this so I would just say if you can't find an allergy source then meet an internist and discuss about this cause too if he can't find other causes

3) Psychological:
This doesn't seem to be a possibility but if after all the tests and checkups no cause is found then this can be considered. A simple sequence of counselling sessions can work wonders.

END NOTE: I would suggest you to consider my POINT-1 :Allergy , for now and act on my suggestions regarding that hopefully you will not have to consider point 2 and 3. Hopefully things will settle soon.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.

Brief Answer:
This changes my answer altogether.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Thanks for writing back,
Your mentioning this changes my answer altogether I will now suggest you to do two things.

1) Take tablet Citerizine daily at night.
2) Visit a neurologist to rule out any neuropathy or hyperaesthesia .
3) Meet a psychiatrist if neurologist denies any organic lesion. That mind me something your mind is making up and will just need a couple of counselling sessions to make you better.

Things should be fine soon and these three steps should help you reach your answer. And you hopefully will.

I wish you the best of health.
Stay blessed.
Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
