Question: Itching vulva, burning or pain during urination. Headache. Am i positive for any of the std related disease?

There are many different infections both sexually transmitted and not sexually transmitted that can cause your symptoms. The only way to sort this out is for you to see a doctor and have a pelvic exam with some laboratory testing done.
