What Causes Itching Sensation On Penis?
Question: Hello Doctor,
Since some days I am facing below problem.
1) I am getting itching in mid front part of my penis night time and slight pain.
2) Since, some days if I try to masturbate sperm is coming out but not forcefully, first little sperm will come out and afterward full sperms comes out.
3) While passing the sperm I feel burning sensation.But, while passing urine I will not feel any burning sensation.
4) I feel something is there inside my penis which strucked kind.
I am married guy. I am afraid is there serious issue I am facing. I need your help Doctor. I am having kidney stones as well but all are 3 to 4mm.But, now I am not sure why this problem happening to me. Need your advise please.
I did my urine test and blood & LFT it looks fine. I have attached the same for your review.
I need your assistance.

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the attachments.
Your reports are absolutely fine.
I can judge that your complains are primarily psychosexual in nature rather than due to an underlying organic like obstruction or something like that.
Itching may be related to hygiene. Pain may be related to stones in the urogenital tract.
Burning sensation is not much of an issue and may be due to urethral trauma during vigorous masturbation Or if the act of masturbation lasts too long.
Decreased force of ejaculation could be because of inability to obtain full erection/ full turgor and can be a side effect of psychiatric medications Or anxiety Or it could also be because of premature ejaculation.
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better.
-Do you feel that you are you able to attain a good erection before you ejaculate? Or do you feel otherwise?
-Do you feel that you ejaculate too early?
-Does this happen only during masturbation or also during actual sexual contact with your partner?

But, my question is there is no urine infection, and kidney stones are there in Kidney only(I did ultrasound Scan of Abdomen and they said I have stone of 3 to 4 mm in Kidney only). But still how I feel that itching inside and pain while passing sperm only?

Sexual side effects are common with antidepressants.
Oral medications seem to be the most likely reason for your sexual symptoms i.e lack of a good erection.
This lack of good erection is probably the reason for the lack of so called weak ejaculation.
The itching and burning sensation that you experience while ejaculating semen during masturbation may be due to the fact that urethra that has just experienced orgasm is hypersensitive and therefore the sensation of burning and itching when semen flows through it.
