Brief Answer:
Better to avoid oxycodone.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Oxycodone is semisynthetic opioid.
And what you are having (extreme itch) is mostly allergic disease.
And allergy to opioid is common. So you are mostly allergic to opioids.
So better not to take oxycodone or any other opioid.
This will help you in preventing itchiness.
Please let me know for which disease you are taking oxycodone?
Newer anti allergic drugs like montelukast is more useful along with levocetrizine (antihistamine) for allergy.
Please let me know the reason for oxycodone use.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You need antihistamine drug at present to relieve itch.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I want to know that for what purpose you need opioid? If you are habituated then better to quit it as soon as possible.
And at present to avoid itch, you need anti allergic and antihistamine drugs.
Both are prescribed medicines, so you need doctor 's prescription for them.
So please let me know for what purpose you need oxycodone, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
