Brief Answer:
Haemorrhoids to be ruled out on examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It would be difficult to tell whether you have haemorrhoids without having been able to examine you. Moreover, haemorrhoids are so common in the general population that one cannot completely rule them out, without examination.
Having said that, haemorrhoids are mostly totally asymptomatic and the only symptom that people might notice is either occasional itching, fresh blood in stool or feeling of a mass at the anal opening.
Itching and soreness after anal toying in your case is most likely due to trauma and anal sphincter stretching, more than anything else. These symptoms are not confirmatory of haemorrhoids.
However, you may present yourself for examination to a general surgeon for a confirmation.
