What Causes Itching And Pain In Penis With Fatigue After Protected Sex?

Question: last week i had intercourse with someone i don't know and i use condom but since that time till today about 7 days, there is like itching or little pain inside my pines. and fatigue.

I'm scared from STD and HIV.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have itching and pain in penis following protected sex a week ago with a unknown woman.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Do you have any associated urinary symptoms like frequency, burning,urethral discharge etc ?
2) Are you sure that condom did not break during intercourse?

Considering that it was a protected sex (though it is not 100 % safe) it is unlikely to be due to HIV or STI.

However I would suggest to consult qualified Urologist/Dermatologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to be rest assured for not having acquired STI,HSV 2 or HIV.This will help to allay your anxiety.
1) Swab test of urethral discharge
2) Basic screening test for STI and HSV 2 virus.,and HIV.

It is most likely could be due to allergic reaction to chemicals used in condom as a lubricant.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical anti allergic cream like Cortisone twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute .

Thank u very much,

but I'm really thinking too much and I'm too much scared and in same time I'm too much regretful about what i did.

the relationship i mean the intercourse was just for few few seconds and after that i remove the condom by tissue and i then went home and i wash it..

1) no i don't have history of those symptoms, but now a days i have pain inside my pines its not that much pain but like discomfort.
2) I'm sure its ok and after that i remove it by tissue.

please doctor tell me what i can do so i can stop thinking about that..

hi doctor,

i just did hiv test was not react result,,

but i did it just after 7 days from the exposure,

the problem is, since before yesterday i have lymph node swelling in my neck, not that much big swelling but there is pain and headache…

and i read that one of the symptoms of HIV is lymph node swelling and pain in it and headache or joints pain

please doctor just tell me if that related to hiv or not,, I'm too much scared,, :(

The lymph node in the neck that you have could be due to infection in throat.
It is definitely not due to HIV.

If you are still not convinced about not having HIV repeat screening test for HIV after 4 months to allay your anxiety.
