Brief Answer:
Might be anal fissure or pin worm infestation

Detailed Answer:
Hi Abbas
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information there are two possibilities that you can discuss with your doctor.
One being anal fissure and other being pin worm infestation.

For anal fissure -- physical examination I'd required to diagnose. It is less likely as you have mentioned that you are not constipated, I would like to know is there in signs of blood in the stool.

Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water . Add more fibre to your diet, eat more vegetables, restrict meat, avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking if any.

For pin worm -- Physical examination to find the worm and tape test is required to confirm the diagnosis. This tests are done at almost all the labs.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, oral medicine like mebendazole is prescribed. One course of medication usually involves an initial dose, followed by a second dose two to three weeks later. More than one course may be necessary to fully eliminate the pinworm eggs. Creams or ointments ( calamine lotion with alovera) can soothe itching skin in the area around the anus.

Hope this information helps.
If you have any doubts I'll be glad to address them.
Take care
