Brief Answer:
Cotton pants, keep dry, Diphenhydramine, soft powder

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I understand pretty much how disturbing this could be. However, it is very common at times when it is hot is easily goes away when managed appropriately.

It might be worth checking the quality of pants you put on. Ensure that these are pure cotton pants. Pants not made of cotton at times retain more heat and moisture and could predispose to such conditions.

You should use mild warm water to bathe twice and clean properly dry. Applying some soft baby powder after bathing around this area could be very much helpful.

With these measures, if the situation remains unresolved or same within a couple of days, you can then apply some medication. Topical anti allergic agents are widely available over the counter in pharmacies. You can start with applying these measures while taking a drug against itches like diphenhydramine (Benadryl).

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health. Do not hesitate asking further questions in case of need, I would be glad making my humble contribution to your wellbeing.

I wish you the best of health.

Brief Answer:
Diphenhydramine cream and other hygeinic measures.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the update,

I will suggest Diphenhydramine creme is generally sold over the counter, and applied twice daily can be very helpful. Using this in addition to keeping the area dry and application powder for a week or so is my recommendation.

In case this persists thereafter, seeing a dermatologist might be needed. But I think with these measures, you should be well soonest.

Kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
