Brief Answer:
Need to get treated about Hashimoto's at first

Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for being on HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Tremors may be attributed to the benzodiazepines withdrawal syndrome, but thyroid gland dysfunction also may aggravate tremors and other neurological symptoms.

As we discussed previously, symptoms of the benzodiazepines withdrawal may take time to subside, meanwhile, controlling and treating thyroid gland dysfunction ( if the blood tests showed dysfunction ) may improve partially tremors and other neurological symptoms that you are experiencing.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
