Brief Answer:
Typical urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question, saw your photos and I understand your concern.

Yes, they are typical urticaria that appear after an allergy.
I can suggest a treatment for sure, but you will need to understand what it is that its causing them by being careful of noticing what you touch and what you eat. I know it is difficult. Of course the easiest way its to do the blood allergy test which will tell you for sure what are you allergic from. If can be dangerous because as much as you become sensitive, the more severe reactions you will have gradually.

My recommendations would be:
-- Keep an epipen (adrenaline easy injector) with you, so in case you have numb tongue, difficulty breathing and sever symptoms.
-- Take antihistamine tablets for the urticaria you have now- Loratadine 10mg, Cetirizine 10mg, ect. You can double or triple the dose gradually if one tablet its not helpful to keep under control the urticaria.
-- You may need to take steroid tablets if the urticaria does not get better after some days of using the antihistamine. In this case I would recommend seeing a local allergologist which can prescribe them and follow you up.

Hope this is helpful.
