Brief Answer:
Further tests advised as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the health problems your daughter is having.

1. There might be various factors causing her to have bouts of vomiting any time including:
- endometriosis
- problems with bowels (appendicitis?)
- liver/gallbladder problems.

2. As this has gone for 6 months now, it is time to get further tests to determine the right cause:
- abdominal ultrasound
- liver/kidney function test
- urine analysis

3. You are saying that she has been diagnosed with serious endometriosis, can you please upload any tests she has done and provide current medications (apart nausea medications)?

4. For the moment, I advise to:
- avoid foods/drinks that might trigger vomiting
- increase fluids intake
- take antacids and probitiocs
until further assessment.

Hope it was of help!

She was taking medication ( pain medicine and to stop her periods) as she had surgery to try help with the edometriosis, her heart rate was increasing and after about 10 months she had to stop. Then unexpectedly she became pregnant. Very painful pregnancy. She has been ok until six months ago. The baby is now 15 months.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy to rule out/re-evaluation of endometriosis advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Ok, then, you are saying that she:
- was ok until 6 months ago
- her baby is not 15 months
- she had a surgery for endometriosis?

I still think she should re-evaluate the status of endometriosis by OG specialist.
Has she had a pregnancy test meanwhile? Pregnancy is to be excluded too.
Are her periods regular as endometriosis is associated with irregularity of periods and GI symptoms like vomiting.

Other tests as mentioned earlier are recommended to run to exclude GI issues (gallbladder/liver/bowels).

Hope it was of help!

Thank you for your response. Yes she became pregnant 10 months after surgery. It shocked the Doctors who were treating her as they had recommended total hysterectomy around the time she became pregnant as she was not doing too good. She has tested for pregnancy and its negative.
As you advise she has made appointment to see the gynecologist who did surgery on Monday 6th. Thank you.
